01 / THE CHALLENGE
The challenge.
Feedback loses context when comments, revisions and client decisions are spread across messages and files. A review workspace needs to connect each conversation and approval to the right image version while keeping private work accessible only to the right people.
02 / THE APPROACH
The approach.
Built the platform end to end as a solo personal project, bringing pinned feedback, revision comparison and client decisions into one workspace. Owner, Designer and Client roles shape access, backed by server-side authorization, PostgreSQL Row Level Security, cookie-based sessions, durable rate limiting and private file access. An isolated guest demo lets visitors explore without signing up.

- Email/password and Google sign-in with role-based workspaces and project assignments
- Private image uploads, version history and side-by-side revision comparison
- Position-based comment pins with replies, resolve and reopen actions
- Version-specific client approvals, change requests and an activity feed with unread tracking
- Email-bound invitations and expiring, revocable read-only sharing links
- Guest demo, Designer and Client previews, responsive layouts and keyboard-accessible controls
